What’s Happening?
We are performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade the firmware on the primary and secondary switches servicing the colocation environment.

Why This Matters?
This work is essential to enhance the stability, security, and performance of the colocation suite network infrastructure, ensuring we continue to provide a reliable service for all of our colocation customers.

Impact & Expectations
Connectivity within the colocation environment is designed with redundancy in mind however single-homed customers may experience up to 25 minutes of downtime during this maintenance window. We do not anticipate any disruption for dual-homed customers. If you notice any unusual behavior or suspect an issue related to this work, please contact our support team immediately.
