We are performing scheduled network maintenance on core network devices within our Salt Lake City data centre. Clients with impacted servers have been contacted detailing which servers will be impacted.

When:
Start Time: Tuesday, September 17, 2025 – 09:00 UTC (03:00 MST)
End Time: Tuesday, September 17, 2025 – 11:00 UTC (05:00 MST)

Why This Matters?
This maintenance is essential to enhance the stability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure, ensuring we continue to provide a reliable service for all customers.

Impact & Expectations:
Clients may experience up to 30 minutes of degraded or interrupted network services during the planned maintenance window.
