What’s Happening?
We are performing scheduled maintenance on core network equipment within our Frankfurt 1 data centre. This involves updating the operating software on these devices to the latest versions.

Why This Matters?
This work is essential to enhance the stability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure, ensuring we continue to provide a reliable service for all our customers.

Impact & Expectations
Our network infrastructure is designed with redundancy. However customers should expect up to 20 minutes of downtime within this maintenance window, should you notice any unusual behaviour or suspect an issue related to this work, please contact our support team immediately.
