Migration from Chicago C "CHI-C" to Chicago G "CHI-G"

In our effort to enhance the performance and stability of our platform, we have decided to migrate your servers from Chicago C to our DC at Chicago G. We strongly believe that by refreshing this location with new hardware, we can deliver a more reliable, performant service.

Several precautions are currently in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While the maintenance on some services may be completed faster than others, we do ask that you prepare for the potential downtime of the full maintenance window.
The existing server IP addresses will remain unchanged. Our team will migrate your service within the above-defined maintenance window, ensuring the same IP addresses and server configuration as in the current data center for a smooth and efficient transition.
